First Meeting before the opening event

As our event can be valuable to all members of professional women’s group, we decided postpone the event to September 2009.

However, we would like to invite all of you who are interested in the Asian Network to our first meeting in May.

Following the meeting, you can also join the main group’s fantastic event!

We will work on establishing Asian Chapter within Professional Women’s Group in Zurich.

Our first event will be held in April, 2009.

We are currently looking for start-up members of our association, Asian Professional Women in Zurich.

Our objectives are

Enhance networking opportunities among Asian background* business women**
-first in greater Zurich area and then in entire Switzerland
Connect businesses to one another through the network members
Support members of APWZ for further career/business opportunities
Offer point of contact in difficult life situation (e.x. loss of job, health matters etc)
Contribute to local community

Details of memberships and activities are under discussion at the moment with other network resource.

We will announce our official opening date and event soon.

*Asian background=Asian countries nationalities, family background from Asia, work experiences in Asia
